Open Gym Times/Update on John

Dear FitPlus+ Family:

Thank you for your support as we get John on the road to recovery and stronger than yesterday. We have been overwhelmed with your support and it is so appreciated.

  • For our personal training clients, will be offering open gym times on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6 to 11 a.m. for you to maintain your routine starting June 3. Elizabeth will be on-site to assist. The cost will be $10 and you can purchase passes and packages through our system. Please register for the time you want to attend.
  • If you would like to maintain your personal training routine, Dan, Lindsay and Sean are available to work with you. Please email fitplusdublin@gmail.com to get scheduled.
  • For our small group fitness participants, our schedule will vary week by week. For now:
    • Saturday Morning Burn with Elizabeth is starting again with one offering at 9 a.m. on Saturday
    • Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning classes will still take place
    • Dan is still hosting martial arts classes
    • Spinning with Katie is at noon on Sundays

We will post the schedule on our Facebook page and our class schedule registration page.
