45 minutes. Sweat, strength and cardio.Bring your friends and motivate each other. Small group sessions guarantee to get that heart pumping! Burn calories. Get the grrrr out. Be strong.

  • Wednesdays (TRX/Kettlebell/Spin), Fridays, 8:30 a.m.; 9:30 a.m.
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30 p.m.; 6:30 p.m.
  • Saturday Morning Burn, 8:30 a.m. or 9:30 a.m.

  • 1 class: $10
  • 5 classes: $45 (60 day expiration from date of purchase)
  • 10 classes: $80 (90 day expiration from date of purchase)
  • 20 classes: $140 (6 month expiration from date of purchase)
